Tomorrow I will be 31 weeks pregnant with baby #3. This is the first pregnancy where I have exercised and tried to stay fit. Due to some recent issues, I am no longer allowed to lift or do anything high-impact.
Yesterday I did Yoga Booty Ballet - Baby On The Way as my workout. It's a really nice, low impact mix of yoga, cardio and weight training (I didn't use any weights). One of the first stretches is cat cow, which felt awesome! It really helped release some of the tension in my back and belly. Here's what cat cow looks like (this is not me by the way)
