Pinched nerve???

Hi ladies! I'm going to bring this up with my OB at my next appt (in 2 weeks)...I've been getting a sharp pain that radiates in my left butt cheek and shoots up my back. It's pretty consistent... I'm okay sitting at my desk at work. It usually triggers when I sit on the floor at home to play with our son or when I'm sitting and reaching for something. It's always the left side. I never had any pains during my first pregnancy, but I wanted to see if anyone has experienced this.

Sounds like your sciatic nerve. Try stretching it does wonders for sciatic pain.

My massage therapist recently did some maneuver to release the muscles around my sciatic nerve - as my leg has been tingling and going numb. It hurt a lot, but I have felt like an entirely new person every since.

It does sound like a nerve. Nothing you can really do except try to take it easy and talk to your doctor in a couple weeks.
