  Second Son - born 2014 - Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) and Double Outlet Right Ventricle (DORV).  First open heart surgery at 5 days old.  He's had 3 open heart surgeries and several other procedures and is currently doing amazing.

   It's neutral enough that that DH and I can both carry and I love that everything is so easily accessible from the outside pockets. The wipes thing is what sold me. Plus it's not crazy expensive like some I've seen on etsy. I'm more for practicality than fashion when it comes to diaper bags.

  We registered for two because we couldn't decide and ended up getting both of them for our baby shower on Sunday. I can't decide if I want to return one or keep them both. The Eddie Bauer one (first PIP) is quite a bit bigger, which would be nice for longer trips. We also would like to cloth diaper and I have heard they can take up quite a bit more room. But we both like the look of the Skip Hop one better (second PIP). The Skip Hop was also more expensive and feels higher quality. Either way we wanted to go with one that was unisex since DH will be carrying it at least half the time, if not more.

   I love their stuff. It's not necessarily cheap, but I like that it's lightweight and completely washable which I thought would be great for a diaper bag. Plus their designs are always adorable!

  We're having twins so I needed to be selective on my bags. I decided to go with a PPB "Abundance" Boxy Backpack which is designed for multiple children. It's going to be perfect for twins. Here's a few pics. We've already gotten it and it is really well made with lots of organization.

  

  

  They make a version that is slightly smaller and designed for 1 baby. The price difference is about $30.
