  Not terrible. It was heavier, but time wise about the same. I did find that tampons were uncomfortable the first day or so, but it got better. I probably had less cramps this time than I normally do.

  I feel like I've had heavier periods after having children, however before having them I was pretty heavy into distance running and that gave me sporadic and lighter periods. So maybe that's the reason. Also, my period didnt even come until 10 months post partum when I was exclusively breast feeding.

  After I had dd, my periods became 9 days long!   I am not sure if this would have regulated, since I had her, I was pregnant for 4 months, then got pregnant again.... So I haven't had many periods in the last two years.

  With my first one, it was no big deal. Nothing different than before. It took about 9 months to come back (I BF'ed) which was awesome!
