    In ALL situations I wonder, "What the hell is wrong with it?"

     BUT I always research before totally discounting it.

    I thought our current apt. was WAY too good to be true, but it's not!

    I would think the place was new and didn't have enough of a reputation yet to charge as much as everywhere else.

    My daycare provider is $20.00 a day or $100.00 a week.  I choose her because she was close to our home and many everybody that takes their children their loves her.  I never questioned the fact that she was so cheap.  As long as I have know that my child will get the best care possible I am okay with it.  With this lady I know that will happen.
