I'm waiting to see my doctor. Yesterday I felt all day what I assumed may be just early Braxton Hicks. But they continued all day and in the middle of the night, they woke me up and this morning they feel worse. Even a little painful. So I called my doctor and they're having me come in for an ultrasound and a cervical length check. This is way too early for this stuff. I seriously hope it's just nothing. I'm trying REALLY hard not to panic.
UPDATE: Well I was told that my cervix is closed and the length looks good. They didn't let me see the ultrasound screen but the tech said she saw the baby jump and the hb was in the 140s. They said they don't see any signs of preterm labor and they're attributing it to a combo of Braxton Hicks and then me having anxiety over it. I was told to go home and rest as a precaution, but right now, they think everything is ok.
