  I buy lots of second hand, so I am not much help when it comes to recomming stores/brands. I do like to keep an eye out on Mamabargains and baby/Kid Steals, though. They often have cute outfits that I normally wouldn't/couldn't afford

  Crash Into Me:

  Carter's & The Children's Place both have some good sales right now.  Old Navy might, but I think theirs ended.  I got several $5.00 shirts for DD.
  

  Same here.  I think Carter's and TCP have great prices and quality when you shop the sales.

  Kohl's has a lot of stuff on sale (or at least they did last week), and they carry the Carter's brand.

  Gymboree has some really pretty tulip-themed clothes right now. I always wait for clearance there, though. Well, I wait for clearance (or really good sales) everywhere.

   I hit up the sales at the Osh Kosh outlet and Carters last weekend, and I've had good luck before with Old Navy and Gap outlets/clearance.

  There will probably be some good President's Day sales this weekend.

  Love Old Navy, Children's Place, Kohls, Kidsteals, Consignment Shops, Target and yes even Wally world.

  Thanks for the ideas/suggestions. I tend to do very well with Kohls, bc I have a kohls cc, love kohls cash. I am hit or miss with Children's Place but I never seem to find anything at Gymboree. Baby Gap love the clothes but not the prices, I tend to do well with them on ebay. Lala - cozy tots is on my calendar, love it. I am hoping to do well in the outdoor toy department this year. I was at TJ Maxx today and they didn't have much, I guess it is an off time of year for them. The Willow Grove mall JC Penney's has Carters cheaper than Carters, even with a coupon. Another one for you is Emily's Closet in Quakertown, she has a great consignment shop. I get a lot of amazing finds there.
