March 2013 Moms

( . )( . )

I used to have some small, perky breasts and it's a little depressing already that they've begun their decent downwards. Lol. Anyone else agree? I mean, there's only colostrum in there right now and they are SO saggy to me!

I AM looking forward to breastfeeding though; getting that experience with baby. :)

March 16th :)

Re: ( . )( . )

  • They say it's pregnancy that makes them sag rather than breastfeeding itself.
Maybe it's the increase of hormones?

Lurking from the February board... I feel your pain, sister. I am dreading post-pregnancy boobs. I was always a perky full C, and now I'm a DD/DDD... and I fear where they will end up in a few months. I mean, seriously, the bottom of my breast now touches my ribcage Tongue Tied  Boob sag, belly sag... *sigh*  Ah, well - it's the price we pay for motherhood, yeah? :)

  • My boobs got reallllllly saggy after 13 months of breast feeding. I did notice however about 6 months after stopping they started to perk up a little bit, but not much. Just get a good support bra and bathingsuit haha. Oh and your nipples will be all weird too. Oh well it's worth it!

  • I was a very perky, somewhat optimistic B before I got pregnant. I am now nearing D territory and baby isn't born yet. I regret ever wishing I was bustier or envying my bigger-breasted friends. These things are ridiculous! They are always in the way, they hurt, they have stretch marks, and they definitely aren't perky. But like OP, I am so looking forward to breastfeeding that I don't care!
  • Oh yes... mine now rest on my belly... And before pregnancy I was a full B and now I am a DDD. UGH!  Worst part is I am a professional horse trainer and used to be just fine riding in a supportive regular bra, if they don't go back down I am going to have to double bra and tape them down!  Feeling very sympathetic to my friends who rode their whole lives with large chests!

Good luck with that.  As a DDD before getting pg, I had to do the double bra thing (ended up with a uniboob, which is a very attractive look) and was always hunting for thicker, heavier shirts with some spandex that also helped hold things up/in.  It's going to really suck when I get back into the saddle post-baby.  Blarg.

  • Mine got slightly less firm last time. I plan to get implants when I'm done BF because we are done with kids.

    This!

I was barely a B cup before, and my best friend and I classify clothing as "BWB" - better with boobs.  Now I"m somewhere around a C+ and still growing, and I agree with PP: these things get in the way. If I end up with sad pancake boobs that fail the pencil test and look like withered husks, I'd save up for some small implants.  The only problem is, they don't make small implants!

  • My boobs have never been my strong point... I'm a runner so they're small and saggy.  Luckily DH is an "ass man".  Just wait until your milk comes in after baby is born! I had amazing boobs when I was EBFing.

  • I too feel your pain! My boobs have grown to a ridiculous EE and I swear they are still growing! They rest ever so comfortably on my expanding stomach and I don't think they have a desire to do otherwise! LOL I'm afraid to see what they will look like after breast feeding!

  • I was an 'enhanced' 34D prior to DD being born. I breastfed and pumped for about 3 months before my supply ran out, and it took about 6 months for them to get 90% back to where they were before, yet a little bigger/more natural looking than before which is always a good thing (the natural part). So this time I started at a 34DD when I got pregnant and I don't even know what size I am in, I think a EE? But in relation to my bump they don't look that huge- So yeah, I'm curious to see what they look like when it's all said and done.
