Cramping is not getting better

in Multiples
at what point should I start to worry about period like cramps with low back pains but no bleeding?

I've taken tylenol, rested, hydrated, got up and moved thinking that would maybe ease them but they are still just as intense as when they started. Any suggestions on what to do?

    Talk to your doctor. If he isn't concerned, then you shouldn't be either.

    Call your doctor and ask to be seen.

    Call your doctor.  I had zero bleeding but period like cramps and I was in pre-term labor  But, I was also having non-painful contractions regularly.  Better to call and get cheked out to be safe.

    TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

    Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!

    . Ditto I was already dilated to a 2 with contractions every 23 minutes but didn't know it. Get it checked out.
