The same thing happened to us, only we became team blue! It'll take a few days to adjust to the idea of one gender...but same gender twins are SO AWESOME! And, it will be so much easier to buy clothes/toys and transport to same-sex sports/ activities, birthday parties, etc. Congrats!

Assuming purple meant b/g I had the same thing happen to me. At an early gender determination u/s I was told b/g and then a few weeks later I was told it was g/g.

Im fine with it..... I didnt buy a lot of boy stuff just a few outfits.

Too funny! Good lesson for all of us to keep in mind so we don't load up on the gender-specific baby gear right after the determining u/s!

The same thing happened to us, except we ended up being team blue, not pink. DH was fine, but I had a hard time adjusting. I was worried because I am not into sports at all and am more of a girly-girl. Now, I wouldn't have it any other way and love being a mom of two boys. I'm sure your DH will feel the same way once your girls are here.
