Must be the worst show ever! The animation is awful and Toopy is annoying... So why is my child in love with it?!?

Toopy is a horrible rat and someone needs to free Binoo from his reign of terror. I hate Toopy's tail and I find that whole show has a creepy undertone. Wow, I needed to vent that!

My DH and I were making jokes about the episode where Toopy Binoo were taking a bath together and Binoo kept dropping the soap. My mom said we turned things dirty and kids see it with innocence. Come on, it is a cross dressing male rat that shares a bed and takes baths with whatever Binoo is. It's meant to be dirty...

Ewwww it makes me shudder! The worst one I saw was when toopy wanted binoo to hold his bouncy bouncy balls. Blehhhhh.

On Treehouse the episodes are a half hour long. G looooves Toopy and Binoo and yea its a dumb show but I'd rather watch that than Caillou. Don't even get me started on that mofo.

It's both. It's on for a half hour and they have little shorts between shows. Like Dragon or Four Square. Which is another horrible the show.

My DD is in on the Toopy & Binoo love too. She is infatuated with Binoo more than Toopy though so that's a good thing I guess. We even have 2 of the story books because she loves them so much.

The show used to really annoy me too, but I've gotten used to it (and as Babycakes says it's better than Caillou!). There are certain episodes that I can't watch (the dream with the screaming monster baby drives both DH and I up the wall), but even though it is a wierd show there are some things that I do really like about it. The fact that the show is all about the imaginary worlds/adventures of Toopy and Binoo is really good.

ETA: As far as I can figure out Binoo is supposed to be a little stuffed cat toy (he has stitch markings on his tummy) of Toopy's that is his imaginary friend/come to life.

Wait, what?? Binoo isn't real?! I mean, I know Patchy Patch isn't real but Binoo too?

And, side question, are they male or female?

Griff loves them so much, I actually went on Amazon and bought him the stuffed animals for his last birthday lol. I'm so ashamed =/

Americans, this is Toopy and Binoo
Wyatt loves that stupid rat. The music renders him comatose for 20 minutes, so I'm a pretty big fan, regardless of how creepy it is.

Ugh Toopys tail! Its horrible. Binoo looks like he is running for his life and Toopy is dragging him back to his lair.
