Hi ladies,
I was not active on the bump prior to becoming pg, so I was not on the IF boards. However, I just saw this board on the list and thought I'd join you. I was dx with PCOS and endometriosis n my teens. We were successful after 1.5 years of TTC and 3 cycles of clomid. I know that we were lucky to have a relatively short journey. During my emergency c-section, my dr said he found a significant amount of lesions from the endo. I go for my pp checkup this week, so we will see what, if anything, this means for the future.
Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you ladies.

Unexplained Infertility
After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!

After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!

Funny, that you just posted about your OB finding endo during your c-section, because I just asked in a post below if my OB would have found endo (if I had endo) during my c-section.
2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;

Well, he found them because I had a lot of bleeding. If yours was routine, and you didn't have any history of endo, they probably weren't looking for them and had no need to focus on anything other than getting baby out & sewing you up. So, I could see how it could go unnoticed.

ER 4/19/12 = 11 retrieved, 6 fertilized,
ET 4/22/12 = 2 transfered (day 3), remaining 3 weren't good enough to freeze
Beta 5/3 = BFP, 87 Beta #2 5/7 560.9 Beta #3 5/9 1376.5 First u/s One Baby, 125bpm!
Second u/s, 176bmp! Kicked over to the OB by the RE at 8w. Team Green!!
