Exhaustion doubled!

in 1st Trimester
This is my third and the exhaustion is unbelievable this time around. It was never this intense 1st or 2nd time around.  Anyone else?  My husband keeps saying its twins lol.

    Some of it probably has to with age. I'm on my 2nd PG and unfortunatly had a 10 year gap between the 2. This one is taking its toll on me much faster then it did with DS when I was 20. I find myself wanting to sleep instead of eat lunch, but I only have an hour and keeping myself strong for my growing LO outweighs the exhaustion. It would be great if my boss would give me a 2 hour lunch break then I could eat and sleep. :)

    It could also just be that you have 2 already that you are chasing around everyday.  I'm a FTM, so no experience here, but my co-worker with a 2 yr old said her current pregnancy has been so much harder and she's way more tired b/c she has a 2 year old.  And that if she didn't she'd have considered this a very easy pregnancy.

    My first pregnancy I was taking care of my mom who had cancer while working FT. Last one I had a toddler to chase around.  This one my kids are pretty easy. Must be age lol. I guess 4 years can makea difference. Guess I'm in denial that I'm aging lol!

    Yes, yes, yes!  This is my third as well, and I'm not sure if it's age, the added needs of taking care of two little ones, or that this child is sucking the life out of me, but it takes everything in me to get home and get kids fed and dressed for bed.  Yesterday, I felt so accomplished because I washed 3 loads of laundry.

    Agreed, but I am so jealous you did 3 loads of laundry!

    This is my 2nd pregnancy, and I agree that I am MUCH MORE tired this time around!  But then again, I am constantly chasing a 2 yr old around and don't get to just nap whenever I want or sleep in as late as I want like my 1st pregnancy!
