What size is your LO wearing?
DS had been in a 4.5 wide since the end of September, but it's time for a bigger size. Headed to the mall for a Stride Rite shopping trip today..woohoo
I have been buying 5s since Ellie has been walking (11.5 mo.) because it seems most shoes with hard soles start at 5. They are still big on her, but she is used to walking in them.
We've has DS in the "early walker" stage 2 shoes from stride rite. The sole is still really flexible. I am pretty sure that we are gonna put him in the stage 3, off and running. The sole is a little harder, more sturdy.
We took her to the kids shoe store ~Nov to get fitted and they put her in size 5 1/2. (I don't know what "stage" they are - they are a pretty rigid but rubbery sole from Jumping Jacks) She's still wearing those but she was also still wearing some Carter's size 4 soft sole/crib shoe type shoes.
I was kind of freaked out that she was in 4s and 5.5s but they both seemed to fit fine (and the Carter's lady claimed their shoe sizes were "crazy" and just to check for fit).
DD only started walking 2 weeks ago so until then I hadn't been too worried about shoe size, but now I wonder if she should go get fitted again.
DS has one pair of size 4 shoes that are getting a bit snug, but he spends most of his shoe time in See Kai Run Smaller shoes (the soft soled ones) in the 12-18 month size. Those fit with plenty of room.
DS is in 5's since December. His feet were growing like crazy for a while but it seems to have slowed down. Lets hope he stays here a while since he got SIX pairs of size 5's as Christmas gifts.

The shoes that fit her the best are the 3W from Stride Rite since she has pudgy feet. She also has a pair of Target sneakers that are a 4 but they are kinda big and she can pull them off too easily.

My DD is in a size 3 - but they fit her perfectly now, so we are moving up to a size 4 that are huge, I wish I could find a 3.5 shoe size, I feel bad having her in shoes that are really big on her now that she is walking.

He only has one pair of shoes that fit and they are New Balance 5 extra wide. His foot is too wide for every single shoe I have ever gotten.
I did go out and purchase a pair of Crocs for the summer.. they are 6/7s. I imagine sandal wise, he will be in a 6 this summer.
