TMI- yeast infections

Let me preface this by saying I rarely ever get yeast infections. No problems after DD was born. This time I have had two and the one right now is killing me! I know part of it is probably due to the wearing pads and then panty liners, but WTH?! Is it possible that starting a new BC pill is contributing? I attempted a VBAC and got to 8cm before things went down hill, so I can't even chalk it up to a vaginal birth. Any other ideas? At what point would you bring it up to the OB?

I would bring it up to the OB, no sense suffering. Do you take probiotics?
