Even if you're not planning on trying to burp her afterward, I'd at least hold her upright for a bit. She should just be passed back out over your shoulder.
I'm not super well versed on dream feeding so I don't have much information to give. But I hope you figure it out!

When I dream feed R I just feed him the bottle and burp and change him and he stays asleep. There isn't a trick that I do. Guess I'm just lucky that at night right before bed LO is super tired? GL
