DH and I surprised my mom for her birthday with my sister coming over. She lives on the west coast of Florida, and the rest of the family on east. So everyone thought that was the surprise. DH brought a bag out from behind our chairs and said we had some late Christmas presents we forgot about. He instructed everyone not to open them until everyone had theirs because they were themed the same and that it would ruin the gifts. We videoed it and told them "pictures" and to open their gift. My sister figured it out first when she opened "I love my aunt" frame. Then my mom, DH's mom, his brother, dad, then my dad. DH's mom was squealing, my mom could manage the words "you are?!?" Then the whole table figured it out. I wish I could figure out how to post a video here so you could see. I don't want to use YouTube because then people who we haven't told might see it.
