Hi everybody. Just got a positive blood test on Tuesday after my first IVF. We tried 5 iuis with frozen donor sperm, and we are so thrilled that the ivf worked (also with donor sperm). Exctied to be here.

On to #2, are we crazy? IUI #1 - 11/28/14 - BFP! Beta #1 (11DPO) 34, Beta #2 (13DPO) 101, Beta #3 (20DPO) 3043 Ultrasound at 6w4d shows a single, fluttering heartbeat. Say hello to Sticky Ricki!
Thanks,= to everyone in cluding, Molly, and best of luck on your IVF, Molly! I was so used to BFNs after the IUIs that I was shocked when the nurse and doctor told me I was pregnant on Tuesday after the first IVF!!!! It looks like your iuis were similiar to mine in that some of them were medicated and some were not. It was definitely discouraging but please hang in there!!! Did you use frozen sperm or did you have a known donor?
I got my second beta on Sautrday and my hcg went from 68 to 368!!!! The doctor was really happy about that. I didn't feel optimistic going in because I started some spotting and light bleeding on Friday, which was so scary. My doctor said that is really common though and, after we got the results of my second beta, he said he was 100 percent confident that everything is fine. I haven't had cramps and it's not as much as a regular period, just not what I expected, even though people keep saying it's normal and, with those beta numbers, I don't have to worry. They said the next apptment I need to come for in an ultrasound on March 1st but that I can do another beta to ease my mind if I want to, though they don't think it's necessary. I was going to do that tomorrow, but I've got a little cold so I cancelled. If I feel better tomorrow I might reschedule for Tuesday, just to reassure myself.
Re: newly pregnant
