Little Green Pouch?

Anyone use these?  They're on sale on ecobabybuys today, and I know lots of you ladies have talked about the DIY pouches.  We've actually never used a pouch with Lily, but with all the talk recently and the fact that these are cheap, I'm thinking of ordering some. . .
