My stomach just doesn't feel right today

Morning ladies! My stomach just doesn't feel right today, not necessarily crampy it just sort of feels strange. This is not a very explanatory post sorry but I just don't know how to describe it. I am a little constipated so could that be part of the reason? I don't have any bleeding or anything like that. Just wondering if anyone else is/has experienced anything similar?
Not preventing since Oct. 2011.
Me: All things check out so far DH: MFI (VERY low sperm count, low motility, low morph)
12/24/12 IUI #1 100mg Clomid = BFN
On IUI #2 100mg Clomid = BFP!!!!!!!!! Beta #1: 31, Beta #2: 100, Beta #3: 210, Beta #4: 570, Saw Heartbeat on 2/26/13!

    I'm four weeks pregnant and i just have am anxious butterfly feeling, don't know if that helps but its different for everyone.

    I somewhat feel the same. My stomach is just tied up in knots it feels. Full of anxiety.

    I had all kinds of weird sensations in my lower stomach in weeks 4 and 5. Nothing that was painful, just sort of uncomfortable. Mostly it was sort of a tingling or like someone was poking me from the inside. Sometimes it even felt like ovulation pain. Starting about 4 days before my missed period, It sometimes felt like I had done a good ab work out a few days before, even though I hadn't done anything. I was also really gassy/constipated in those weeks, so maybe it is related.

    Ms has not kicked in yet but I almost gagged with each bite of my apple soon so maybe it's that! Bring on the any and all symptoms of a healthy pregnancy. I'm ready!

    I've been having that too!  It doesn't feel quite like gas but just Pressure-y.  Makes me feel better to see others have the same feeling!

    Your body is going through so many changes who knows what is causing it! It could just be bloating, constipation, slower digestion, or nerves! Try to think positively. I'm sure nothing is wrong :)
