Growth spurts

Lo is 10 weeks old and I'm pretty sure we are in a growth spurt. She was up to 6 hours at night and not fussing much to extreme fussiness and up every 23 hours at night. Also eating more during the day but screaming while I try to nurse and preferring bm bottles to my breast. I don't like giving her bottles during the day when it's not necessary though.. Is this a growth spurt?? I've read when they normally are and I haven't seen 10 weeks anywhere. What are your lo's like?
