i usually take a super cranberry supplement (2000 mg) a couple times a day because i get chronic utis and it really helps keep them at bay.
i didnt find out about the supplement until last year so i never took them during my first pregnancy.
so i guess i will probably ask my dr this, but im just wondering if anyone here takes a cranberry (or similar) supplement? i would assume its ok to take while pregnant, because its just concentrated cranberry, and the pharmacist said its safe while breastfeeding. so should i wait until i ask my dr, or does anyone have any input?
Re: cranberry supplements?
I take cranberry supplements as well and never thought about that, but you bring up a good point! I would guess they are safe, but I actually just googled it real quick and found this...

I might hold off until asking the doctor just to be safe. Well, I am going to at least do that, but I am also a worry wart!
