I'm on day 4 of a persistent headache. I was in L&D on Wednesday because it was soo intense, baby was fine and so was my BP with no other signs of PreE. I've been taking extra strength tylenol around the clock. Yesterday I had a prenatal appointment and my Dr. prescribed a steroid nasal spray, along with some antibiotics, as we have determined it's definitely a sinus infection. It has been horrrrible as it is worst at night, so sleep has been non-existent. Today has been the first day where I've had some relief, fingers crossed the antibiotics are doing their job! Long story short, I sympathize with any mamas who have debilitating headaches... I hope they give you a bit of break before your LO arrives!

I was diagnosed with pree at the end of my last pregnancy... End meaning when I was in the hospital 39 Weeks In labor.
I'm told having pree previously doesn't make you more likely to have it again, but the doctors have made we sensitive to thinking it'll happen again. I plan to ask about it at my appt on Wednesday. I was going to go to the doctor yesterday if I woke up with my headache... Of course I didn't... It showed up later.
I was going to ask the same thing tonight. The past 2 days I have had terrible headaches on and off. No swelling either & my blood pressure is usually low, so I'm not thinking pre-e myself. When I googled it, the APA site came up with this:
"Headaches during the third trimester tend to be related more to poor
posture and tension from carrying extra weight. Headaches during the
third trimester may also be caused by a condition called preeclampsia, which is
high blood pressure during pregnancy."
