Oh we've had them every night for the last week or so. It's worse because DS stands in his crib. I lay him down, he stands up. I can't win. Then he starts slapping the crib rail and laughing. I'd just leave him, because he can get down, but he just goes up and down and starts to cry when I don't go to him. That keeps him up longer.
And I do beg! DH has heard me saying, "no B, it's time to sleep. Please, just go to sleep.... Please? Mama's tired. Let's just go back to sleep, okay?" At first the longest he'd stay awake was an hour. Last night was a record 2.5 hours. From 12am to 2:30am. Uggggggggggh!

I am "glad" I am not alone. I begged too, she did not listen.
Too bad babies don't respond to begging, or reason!
It wouldn't be so bad if I knew when DS was going to pull his MOTN playtime routine, but it's different every night! It doesn't help that DS is up every 2 to 3 hours anyway, so it's not like I get a lot of good sleep to begin with, let alone with a 2 hour playtime thrown in!
