Big Storm!

How many of you are in New England? I'm in Maine and its getting nasty out. DS school was sent home early so I left work and picked DD up from daycare. We have food, water, and space heaters with a generator in case we lose power. We lost it for 24 hours in the last storm.

XH went to a Lakers Celtics game in Boston yesterday and is driving back in the snow right now. Per usual I have taken the extra nights with the kids so he can go have fun, and because he wasn't responsible enough to leave Boston early this morning I will most likely get to keep them tonight too. Oh well, his loss. That means Saturday is the only day he will get to see them.

    I wish I was :. I am in the midAtlantic and yet again we shall get nothing but maybe some ice. My brother is in Boston and I am insanely jealous. Stay safe!!!

    Portland has 29 inches as of 8:30 this morning and its still falling. Some surrounding areas have gotten almost three feet, and the winds are crazy. We are a little farther north but are still getting hit pretty hard. I'm hoping my boss will close the salon so I don't have to leave home today!
