NTR anyone get blocked tear duct surgery?

in Toddlers: 24 Months+
Any thoughts or suggestions. Surgery with the incision near my nose and under my eye or up through my nose? Help if you can. I don't know what to do?!?!
PPD/PPA Mom...it has been super hard, but I'm making it! Slow steps...

    My DD had it at 9 months. There were no incisions. They flush out the tear duct with a small tube then put a little stent in it to keep it open. HTH
