HA! Dh and I watched all but the last one during the weeks leading up to H's birth. We finally watched the final one right around her first birthday. Enjoy! We hadn't read the books either. For a whole year I had to wonder which side Snape was on!
I've been a hardcore fan since the book series started. I was in 5th grade. 5th f'ucking grade. Needless to say that DH pt II was "the end" for me, and it was an emotional moment for me because I am a nerd like that.
This might be sacreligous around these parts but I CANNOT STAND HP! I do not understand the fascination/obsession with these books or movies. I tried to read the books several times and never got past the first 100pages of any one of them. . . bored me to tears!

I feel the same way about Twilight. I hate it with the burning passion of a thousand white-hot desert suns.
Re: DH and I are about to watch the final Harry Potter Movie.
Are you eating popcorn? Is that a weird question? I really want popcorn.
Jealous! I went to midnight showings of some of the movies before DH and I got married AND got my copy of the 7th book at midnight. Yes, I'm crazy.
I have issues watching/reading the last one because of the epilogue - worst part of the whole series, though it's better in the movie than the book.
The Snape sequence...
