Back and belly pain?

I'm a FTM so I'm not sure if what I'm feeling is normal or if I should be concerned.. I keep having on and off pain in my lower belly, it isn't extremely painful, just uncomfortable, like I need to go to the bathroom, but I don't. I'm also having lower back pain on each side that is a little more painful. Should I be worried or am I just feeling normal pregnancy symptoms for 34 weeks?

    I've been having the same exact thing! I had it all day yesterday, took a warm bath and drank three glasses of water. It went away so I'm assuming if was BH. I also told my doc about it and he said at 34 weeks if I had ones I could time 6 or more times in an hour that he wanted me to go to L and D. I get so confused because I don't know what labor feels like!

    Lower belly pain is normal. Usually it's your ligaments stretching and lower back pain is normal too. I've had it on both sides with this pregnancy but on my previous pregnancies I had it only on one side. There is a pregnancy belt that will lift your stomach up to help reduce the back pain. This is my tenth pregnancy and I have not gone to the chiropractor with this one but I did go on my previous pregnancies. It really helped take the pain away in my back.
