Trying to figure this board out...

Can someone clue me in on how this board works? I was only on the bump randomly with my last pregnancy, and have been just kinda reading posts every day this time. Are there notifications anywhere when people comment on your posts, or reply to something you have said, or any way to follow posts? I can't seem to figure it out! It makes it hard to stay in the loop.

    On the top of every thread there is a spot where you can click that says watch this thread. But you do not get notifications if someone relpys to your posts. On the left side where all the board names are there is one called threads I'm watching. HTH!!

    What actually happens if you click "Watch this thread"? I've done it before, but it didn't keep it at the top of the page, or notify me of any responses so I'm not sure what the point was.
