DH and I spent HOURS at BRU last weekend and still hadn't finished our registry. I got so tired and cranky towards the end that I just said to forget it and I would go back to finish and/or do it online. I went back on Wednesday to finish and the girl working said everything was all set. Now to find out our registry isn't even available anymore. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service and they couldn't figure out what went wrong. The rep said they are sending the info to corporate which could take "3 to 5 to 7 to 10 days" to resolve. Really lady?? Just tell me 10 days or something. After all that work on the registry, I'm going to be really upset if they can't figure this out soon.
