No, and I can't imagine what it would do to help, other than add calories to your diet that you should already know to add. Oatmeal helps (not the packaged instant kind), as does brewer's yeast. Peppermint and sage are drying factors, as well as many pharmaceuticals. You can try lactation cookies, which are almost guaranteed to be a tastier option than a soy protein shake.
