Hope you ladies don't mind if I join you a couple weeks early, LO is 5 1/2 months old, and I'm feeling like I'm past most of the stuff on the 3-6 month board.
We just started solid foods, so we'll be on single-ingredient foods for a few weeks, but I'm looking to start making some batches of stuff to freeze whenever I have time on the weekends, so I want to make more variety of foods.
Do you have any favorite websites or cookbooks for outside-the-box baby food? The basic stuff is easy to find and/or I can come up with on my own (apples + cinnamon, pears + nutmeg, etc., are pretty straightforward). I've found recipes here and there that are unique flavor combinations, but I'm wondering if there's any good resource to find these types of recipes all in one place.
Examples of the types of recipes I'm interested in finding: peas & mint; pears, rice, & chamomile; etc.
Re: Baby food recipes to develop wide palate
I use this site a lot for reference and this link in particular talks about adding spices to baby foods and give ideas for different combinations. There are recipes on the site as well.

I have this book and I like it a lot: 100 Baby Purees
My two favorites so far are brocolli and cauliflower with cheese sauce and chicken with apples and sweet potatoes.
