Cramping by left ovary

Almost 13 weeks with twins and I have this constant light throbbing cramp by my left ovary and extends to my back! Happen to any of you?

    There are so many different things that can cause a pain in that region - let your doctor know. It could be as simple as ligament pain from your growing uterus, to a kidney infection, to an ovarian cyst. If it's radiating to your back like that I would request a urine analysis just to rule out any kind of kidney infection.
