I haven't seen one of these in awhile!
1. How much weight did you gain with this pregnancy? I gained 50lbs!
2. How much have you lost so far? As of today, 35.2 lbs
3. How much do you want to lose? 14.8 to pre preg weight. But I want to lose an additional 20 from there.
4. What is your goal/motivation? This summer we have Vegas, Hawaii, and my cousins wedding.
5. What is your fitness routine/meal plan? I spin usually once a week, eliptical once or twice a week, and I just started Tracy Anderson's Post Pregnancy workout. I HIGHLY recommend this!!! It's very very difficult. I plan to do this 4x a week. Man am I sore! It works abs, legs, arms, and butt. I really recommend it ladies. It's $30 and you need 3lb weights.

5. What is your fitness routine/meal plan? Getting back into the gym routine just now - hope to do cardio about 4x per week and weights 2-3x per week.

4. What is your goal/motivation? My sisters wedding and just being healthy for my little guy.
5. What is your fitness routine/meal plan? I work crazy hours and commute so its hard...I try to walk as much as a i can. I watch my portions and calories everyday. Thinking about getting back on WW. It's worked for me in the past and I ended up losing 60 lbs!
2. How much have you lost so far? I lost 20 the first week, then gained all of that back. So 8 lbs lost so far.
3. How much do you want to lose? 60 lbs altogether to get to my ideal weight. I would be happy with just losing 40 though!
4. What is your goal/motivation? To look how I would like for once! Also so I am able to fit into my mother's wedding dress.
5. What is your fitness routine/meal plan? I've been trying to use My Fitness Pal. Not religiously, but more as a guide. We've been making healthier freezer meals on our days off though so we don't resort to fast food. I've been doing the 100 workout though and man do I feel it the next day!

2. How much have you lost so far? I've lost 25lbs, though most of that was the edema/water weight I'm sure.
3. How much do you want to lose? The rest of the weight I gained, and another twenty five pounds, so a total of 50lbs!
4. What is your goal/motivation? Just want to be able to keep up with my DS over the summer
5. What is your fitness routine/meal plan? Honestly, I've only now healed from some sort of tear in my pelvis, so it's really been more about watching calories. But I do move a good bit with DS, and carry him everywhere (15lbs.), plus I take all-day errands and can walk about four/five hours doing that, and I live on the third floor - with a huge set of stairs in front of my complex as well (no elevator). I've tried exercising to video's but haven't been able to warm up/cool down properly without DS waking up/crying/needing to be fed, etc. He's been slowly getting a schedule this week, so I'm hoping to be able to plan it out better
**FYI, I looked up the Tracy routine on youtube (don't know if this is the same one, or if there are more parts - DS woke up, so g2g). But figured I'd share, just in case:

5. What is your fitness routine/meal plan? I have been very easy on dieting and exercise because of breastfeeding. Low carb has always worked well for me and I just started back with that. I just went back to work this week so going to let that change soak in before tackling an exercise routine.
I just read " Primal Blueprint" by Mark Sisson, which is a lifestyle eating, exercise, etc based on how our early ancestors lived. It makes sense and sounds doable so I will be following that.
