My poor guy!

He got an ear infection last week, cut two molars over the weekend, and this morning he developed welts all over his body. We took him to the pedi and her guess is he is allergic to amoxicillin! The welts have gotten worse as the day has gone by. Yet, he's as happy as ever; laughing, giggling, and smiling. These kids never cease to amaze me. I could learn a thing or two from him.
We started with an antihistamine and hopefully it will be gone in a few days.

    Ugh! I'm sorry. DD is allergic to amoxicillin and a few other types of antibiotics as well. It's not fun to deal with them, but they're pretty resilient. Hope he's better soon!

    Oh no!  I'm taking my DS to doctor this morning about his rash.  I never thought about an allergy to medication!
