How do you handle food for your nanny? Do you ask her what she likes and make sure to keep the fridge stocked? Or does she go out and shop for what she likes and bring it to the house? She is part-time live in, so we are covering her food costs while she is in the house.

When I babysat over the summer (I'm a teacher.) I would just help myself. If the kids were eating mac & cheese I would too. If there was something I could microwave or a quick salad I'd eat that. It would be nice to have some things on hand so she doesn't have to spend time cooking but think about it as a job...you probably bring your lunch to work.
