who uses tommie tippee bottles?

Wondering how to know if I should move up to the 3 month nipples now? What tells you baby needs to change flow? She drinks her bottles in good time....but seems more gassy lately

    We went up to the 3 nipples when the 0 were like buckling in from him sucking so hard on them.

    I was wondering the same thing!! His buckle in on him all the time!! Did they stop doing that when you moved up to the next nipple?

    Yup! We got the ones for fussiness. They have some separate feature than the regular kind I guess. They no longer buckle though.

    We switched to the variable flow about a month ago. No problem with fussiness since.

    We moved up because of buckling and LO seemed to be getting irritated. She's doing great with the faster flow.

    This! We are going to buy the new nipples asap! He sucks so hard I feel bad for the kid haha

    I was just thinking about this today.. I suppose I might try the faster flow out and see how she takes it. ETA:: I found this on the collapsing nipples.. 7. WHY IS THE NIPPLE COLLAPSING WHEN MY BABY IS FEEDING? The closer to nature nipples are very sensitive as it is made of specially designed silicone material which can sometimes stick together when not used, this is perfectly natural. To ensure the slit at the tip of the tent like valve can open before use, flush through with water and gently manipulate the valve between finger and thumb until you see the slit re open. This allows the air to flow into the bottle and prevents the teat collapsing.

     

    This exactly! Before I use them I squeeze the inside of the  air vent to get any water out and keep the air flowing. We are going to try the next size this week since it is taking a long time for her to finish her bottles. 

     

    I know I don't post that much but enjoy keeping up with everything on the board!
