Ive had a bad headache all afternoon and night. My ob said I can take Tylenol but I'm afraid since I'm bfing my 3 week old. Has anyone taken Tylenol while bfing and have you noticed any changes in your LO while on it?

    Tylenol and Advil are both completely safe for breastfeeding.  Tylenol is safe for pregnancy, even.

    Advil is better for headaches and caffine. They give Advil in the hospital for pp pain so you know it's safe.
