Hey ladies, I hope yall are all doing well.  I am not a member of this board but will be posting a intro when I start my next cycle in a couple weeks or so. I hope y'all don't mind me asking a question, if its not ok just let me know and I'll delete it.
Im actually on a hiatis from the boards right now but thought I would slip in and ask if any of you women have used or know someone that has used neupogen and what their results were. I just had my 3rd cancelled FET due to crappy lining, 5.5, that I bleed out before it can thicken. I have used everything including viagra and this is about my last hope of carrying. Thanks for the help ladies. Also if I should post this somewhere else please let me know.

    Are you working with dr Braverman? I was suggested Neupogen for RPL but could not take it because of T cell issues. Neupogen is used to get patients ready for a bone marrow transplant and can be dangerous if a hematologist doesn't clear u to take it. I have heard a lot of success with RPL but never for your issue. You should look on the yahoo group immunologysupport.

    No Dr. Witz at HFI. I didn't see anything there that related to neupogen uterine infusions.

    There are quite a few that did the uterine wash. Go to the search if you can.

    I used it for RPL issues through Dr Braverman - but I did the injections, not the uterine wash. I don't know much about that or using it to improve lining; I've only heard of it used for immune issues. Sorry, that doesn't really help! But good luck!
    Dx: High FSH, stage IV endo, homozygous C677T MTHFR and PAI-1
    Early loss 10/08
    Lap 1/09
    IVF #1 "natural IVF" - 1 egg retrieved, missed m/c
    Tried several mini-stim cycles with no response
    Switched clinics - dx'd as carrier for Fragile X
    IVF #2 MDL protocol Jan/Feb converted to IUI, BFN
    IVF #2 take 2: Antagonist, one embie, BFN
    IVF #3: Antagonist, no fertilization
    One last ditch effort at OE IVF (antagonist with Clomid) cancelled
    DE cycle #1 Jan/Feb 2011, BFP, ectopic
    DE cycle #2 June/July 2011 - BFP
    10/28/11 Baby girl lost at 17 weeks due to pre-term labor. We love and miss you.
    DE cycle #3 June/July 2012 - BFP, twins, both heartbeats stopped, D&C
    2 frosties but don't know what's next
    FET Dec 2012: BFP! Praying this one sticks for the long haul!

    Form pretty sure Dr. Braverman is one of a very few doctors that use neupogen. I believe uterine lining can be one of those issues. I wish you all the best, but please reconsider your intro at the beginning of a treatment cycle as that is not what this board is for. Please read the IFV guidelines poll results below. I truly Hope this next cycle brings you your baby,  but if not you will be welcome here.

    Dx: DH - Azoo, Me - Mild PCOS
    DH - sperm found! Seems to produce only for a few days every 70 days!
    Over 1 million in cryo in 15 vials over 6 samples
    IVF #1 - 1 beautiful expanded blast transferred, 4 snowbabies - beta #1 11/30/11 = BFFN
    FET #1, transfered 2 embies 2/16/12 = BFFN; 1 snowbaby left in cryo
    IVF #2 + CGH = 4 genetically normal embies on ice. FET September 26th
    SAIF/PAIF always welcome

    I'm aware of the poll and the guidelines. I have been a consistent and constant poster on IF since August. I am taking a break from the boards in general after my third cancelled FET attempt. It was to hard to stay. I planned on making my intro when I came back to the boards when I started my next cycle. I didn't plan on only being here for my cycle then leaving again. It's ok if y'all don't agree with that, I will stick to the IF board where I know I'm welcome and not upsetting anyone. Thanks for your advice ladies and good luck.
