Yeah, you really have to listen to your own stomach and not recommendations from other people. M/S triggers are SO different person to person.
My first pregnancy everyone kept telling me to sip soda or juice, and it made everything worse but I kept hearing it from different sources so I kept trying it... ugh.

Yeah unfortunately everyone is going to be different. Heck, what worked for me with my first pregnancy doesn't even work for me this time around. My doc said try eating just bland foods. Couldn't even keep that down.
I love when someone tells me remedies for my terrible nausea.........
you don't think i tried saltines, gingerale, ginger tea, lemon drops, seabands, emetrol etc etc.............I've tried it all. Not even zofran and phenegran are helping much. It's different for everyone.

Hopefully you find something for yourself... This time around Unisom is my BFF
Ha!
Everyone kept recommending saltines to me which I haven't eaten in at least 10 years. I caved and bought a box and then totally gagged.
