I was browsing my local Craigslist and ran across someone selling a Kelty Hiking Carrier and wondered how good they are. For $60 it might be good to have on hand!
We have one. I'll be honest - my husband wears it more than I do. Or I should say I've never worn it He likes it for shorter hikes, but he wore it all day once and said it started getting fairly uncomfortable after a while. He now uses our Ergo Performance for longer hikes.
We have one, along with a Boba 3G. I really like the Kelty because DD can be up high, which she prefers. It also makes it nice because you can have all your stuff (first aid/food/baby goodies) in it too. I found it to be pretty comfy, and DH, and DD doesn't seem to mind being in it either.

I should have mentioned, I already have a Moby and a Beco Butterfly 2! This would purely be to have if we ever go hiking.
