F/U Moving to Suburbs

H and I went to a few open houses over the weekend, yes it was fast but we fell in love with a house and put a bid in and it was accepted. We close in March 1 weeks!!! We did not need to close so fast but it just worked out that way. Luckily we do not have a ton of stuff. YAY!!!

    We moved from NYC to new providencewhich borders Chatham. Chatham is a great town, great schools, you have a whole foods!, and are so close to Madison downtown. Great choice!!!!! Am happy to answer and questions if you have them about the area. Good luck and congrats!

    Chatham is a nice town! My husband lived there while we were dating-great memories!  we got engaged at Gregorios there if you want a great meal! Just watch the taxes there, but you obviously know them. My husband said a lot of people buy and then their house is up for sale in the spring bc they cant afford the tax increases.
