So, my twins are almost a month now and I am looking for advice with their feedings. I stopped doing the one up both up because the second twin, my little girl, doesn't eat enough when I force her to wake up and eat and then she is hungry just an hour or so later. If I leave her sleep, at night she will go between 3-5 hours before being hungry. Lucas on the other hand doesn't always make it 3 hours. I feel like I am constantly feeding someone and would love to hear advice or tips on feedings at night. My other problem is during the day. Lucas will eat about 3 ounces and then he will go 2 1/2-3 hours between feedings but Grace falls asleep part way through her bottle and I am lucky if I get 2 ounces into her. So then she is hungry much sooner. I don't know if I just have to continue on this until they grow out of it or if I can do anything to help. I am just so tired which I am sure you all know to well. I consider it a good night if I get 3 hours of sleep, broken, but sleep.

Re: Advice needed for feedings
For me, when one woke up, I woke them both up - just to keep them on the same schedule and to keep my sanity.
Even if one didn't eat as much it usually held her over until the next time the other would wake up....
just my opinion

This is pretty much what we did. They now wake each other up, so they always eat at the same time! As far as the sleepy baby issue...our nurse told us to take of their tops and/or socks. Also, we couldn't hold them super close to our bodies or they would fall asleep from the warmth. they seemed to eat best on their Boppy Loungers. Undressing them and making them a little less warm (they were still warm enough, just not all cozy) really helped to keep them awake.

Our perfect baby boys were born at 36w1d!!
I also want to let you know that it doesnt seem like it ever will, but it does get easier! In the beginning I was lucky to get 1 hour of sleep at a time. Now at 2.5 months they only wake up twice a night. I feel like a million bucks haha.
good luck!
ETA: guess I posted at the same time as PP. Sorry for the redundany.
