I just called to confirm my initial OB appt for tmrw b/c of the bad weather expected (I'm in Jersey) and all is fine.  But when I doubled checked that I would be getting an u/s, she told me that there is no sono tech on Fridays and that I'd have to come back on another day! So frustrated bc I specifically asked about this when I booked the appt! Why did someone tell me "yes" then and now it's a "no"?! 

Don't mess with an anxious, exhausted, bloated, nauseous, preggo lady!! That concludes this vent...thanks for reading!

    That is frustrating.  I am glad that you had the foresight to check adhead of time instead of finding out when you were already there.

    Oh no!  Sooo frustrating.  I hope you can get in for a sono soon.  P.S.  I would ask them, why can't your OB do the sono?  My OB typically does the 1st one herself.

    Nerts! That first u/s is really special, so I understand how disappointed you must be. Melissa's idea is good--why not ask if the OB will do it just this once? Hopefully the office will understand how eager you are to get that first look.
