  I kind of half-assed, I mean threw dinner together tonight.
  
  I had a stuffed pepper. (Quiona, chopped peppers, 'cheese', mushrooms, tomatoes, and soy-chorizo )

  DH had a pizza pocket. (Cheese, pizza sauce, and pepperonis stuffed into a pizza dough pocket)

   

  Cred: I'm curious, what's the difference between broccoli and brocollini?

  Cu and I went with my parents to Texas Roadhouse.

  I don't cook, like, ever. So I'm really proud. I made turkey burgers, sweet potato fries and steamed asparagus. It was yummy!

  Brocollini is thinner smaller broccoli. tastewise its a little more bitter as well.  We roast ours in the oven ... squeeze some lemon on it.... was really good....!

  I made applesauce chicken in the crockpot to use up the last of our homemade applesauce from the freezer. Had it with couscous and roasted broccoli and brussel sprouts.
