I'm currently out of shows so I started watching Parenthood and really enjoy it. It's definitely a feel good show and I've been in the mood for that lately.

Parks and Recreation, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, Walking Dead, Downton Abbey are really good and I think they're on instant viewing. I just finished the first season of Girls which I liked. We watched the first episode of Homeland last night and I don't think it'll take us long to watch the rest. It seems addicting!
Breaking bad. I had heard a lot about the show and now I may have become addicted to it. It's so tense and sometimes stressful to watch but I can't stop pressing "next episode". I started watching it last weekend, it has become like a full time job:) I have to say it's a good show if it keeps me engaged because I can't barely sit still to watch a full movie...
We just finished watching Breaking Bad (so good), and now we're watching Sons of Anarchy. We also watch a lot of Psych, and absolutely loved the updated BBC version of Sherlock Holmes with Benedict Cumberbatch (love that his name is just so British).
When DH isn't around though, I watch a lot of documentaries. I highly suggest First Position and The Queen of Versailles.
Also, Sleepwalk with Me was pretty entertaining. I might be kind of biased though, because I think that Mike Birbiglia is hilarious and it was filmed about 2 blocks from my old apartment.
Re: What are you watching on Netflix?
DH and I enjoyed BBC's Merlin and Robin Hood.
More girly favorites: Hart of Dixie. Parenthood is good, makes me cry pretty much every episode. And Drop Dead Diva is enjoyable.
White Collar and Burn Notice are my husband's favorites that I can get a few laughs over watching. Action, but with a lot of sarcasm.

Season 1 of Homeland was fantastic! Boardwalk Empire was OK and Deadwood was good too.
Breaking bad, walking dead, and glee!!
