I got a prenatal massage earlier today and it was so amazing! All you other preggo mommies owe it to yourself to go get one! I definitely plan on getting at least one more before #2 is born, along with some acupuncture
Not sure how a prenatal massage is different from a regular massage, but I've been making the most out of DH's benefit package which affords me the equivalent of 10 30-min regular massages by a RMT each year. Only up until recently, it's nothing we've ever taken advantage of!
Since the benefit amounts for us expire/renew at the end of March, I've been going every week since the beginning of the year. It's been glorious!
I feel like it's been a really effective at warding-off any back or shoulder pain, as I've had none at all during these last few weeks of pregnancy which is when people generally start to complain about that sort of thing.

Highly recommend.
