standing up in crib MOTN...tell me it's a brief phase.

in Babies: 9 - 12 Months
DS will wake and stand in crib in the motn. He will not get himself back to sleep like he use to, like he can't get himself back down even t hough all day long he sits and stands all by himself. What to do? He will wake up completely if I wait longer than five minutes to assist him and when I do go in and lay him down, it's a never ending game of jack in the box. Help! TIA for any advice.
