Maybe I'll get some new ideas from this thread :-)
Alex's current favorites:
Beans, tomato soup/sauce, hotdogs, bratwurst, hummus, applesauce, pickled beets, peanut butter, ham steak, corn, peas, fried mushrooms, pasta, grilled cheese.
He used to love steak, chicken and all things dairy, but has really cut back on those.
Re: What's your LO's favorite food?
It changes every week. Last week it was blueberries. I had to cut off the blueberries for a while because I couldnt handle spraying another blueberry poop diaper or a blueberry poop explosion in the bathtub!
Last night I made chili and she went to town eating kidney beans......which could be a disaster later.

We had chili, too, last night, and he wouldn't stop eating the kidney and pinto beans!
Alex gags every time he tries avocado. And then he usually pukes. Sorry that mealtimes are so challenging, I hope he will be a great eater in no time! :-)
Greek yogurt, tomato puffs, broccoli, green beans, plain soft pretzels, Annie's bunny crackers, salsa,...
We had chili last week too and DS loved it too, he was covered head to toe in chili by the end of dinner.
Most things change week by week (or even day by day - the spinach ravioli he devoured yesterday he would not touch today) but he always, always eats broccoli, cheese, yogurt, and whole wheat crackers. Meatloaf, baked sweet potatoes, and spaghetti are good too.
I wish he would eat black beans. DH and I both love them.
I would say his absolute, never refuse favorites are any type of macaroni and cheese, avocado, grilled cheese sandwiches, mandarin oranges, banana, spaghetti, and yogurt (GO-gur, he says). He eats a ton of other things, of course, but those are the things he will never deny.
I've never had a real problem with him eating anything--there are only a couple of things I can think of that he actually refuses to eat, period, but he seems to have gotten a little pickier lately--and smarter, too! I have to hide his favorites from him if they are part of the meal until he eats the other things he needs to eat.
Brady's absolute favorite food is bananas. He will chow down an entire banana (cut into pieces) in less than three minutes. He scarfs it down like there's no tomorrow.
Honorable mentions are applesauce, yogurt, blueberries, grapes, strawberries, yogurt melts, and cheese.
I feel like he's super picky but I guess there are quite a few basics we can fall back on.
Spinach frittata
Blueberries
Avocado
Beef stew cooked low and slow so the meat is falling apart tender
Scrambled egg
Cheese curds
Carr's cracker with cream cheese and red pepper jelly
