Vomiting baby

My little lady has a tummy bug. The dr told me to offer milk in small amounts every few hours. She is normally on dairy free formula but I still have frozen breast milk and colostrum. Do you think I should stick with the formula or try breast milk?

I think it's whatever little lady tolerates best:-) frozen bum will have antibodies but not the specific stomach bug she has..
